Last night the best of the best of Area D1 met to battle it out at the International Speech and Evaluations Contest. The contest was held at the Wynberg Old Boys Pavillion and was brilliantly organised by Ryan Skews of Good Hope Toastmasters.

April Club Meeting                                            
On Wed 3rd April we had a bumper meeting with no less than 6 speakers. Justine Crewe-Brown kicked off with a sizzling hot CC1, Neville took us on an hair raising adventure to the Antarctic with his CC4, Ruth told us a true story on how a little faith can save the day (AC2), Dawid is on roll and made us aware of how a number sequential small mistakes can have disastrous results.
